How long does order processing take?
Orders are processed within 3–7 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. During new collection launches or peak periods, processing may take slightly longer.
How long does delivery take?
We offer express shipping, which usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number that allows you to follow your shipment through your INSECTA account or the courier’s tracking system.
Is a signature required upon delivery?
In some locations, a signature may be required to ensure secure delivery.
What if my package is marked as delivered, but I didn’t receive it?
INSECTA is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the courier but lost or stolen after delivery.
How are INSECTA pieces packaged?
Every order is presented in INSECTA’s signature luxury packaging. Each piece is wrapped in parchment paper, placed in a branded box, and finished with a ribbon.
How are international orders packaged?
For international shipments, all items are packed together in one luxury box to reduce shipping costs and minimize customs duties.
Can I request extra boxes?
Yes. An additional luxury box can be requested for an extra fee of 350 EGP. Please note that requesting extra boxes may increase customs duties depending on your country.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement, as long as they have not yet been fulfilled.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. Free shipping is available on orders above 1000 EGP.
Do I need to pay customs or duties?
Yes. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are not included in product or shipping prices.
Can I return an item?
Yes. Returns are accepted if the request is made within 14 days of delivery, the item is unworn, unwashed, in original condition, with tags attached, and returned in its original INSECTA packaging.
How long do refunds take?
Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Processing time depends on your bank or payment provider.
What if my item arrives defective?
If your item arrives with a defect, please report it within 2 days of delivery with your order details and clear photos. Once approved, you will be offered a refund or exchange.
Can INSECTA reject a return?
Yes. INSECTA reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet the stated conditions. Items that are worn, washed, damaged, or returned without original packaging and tags will not be accepted.
